How to Apply

Virginia Tech Faculty:

1. CLICK APPLY
2. Click the Have an Account? Sign In button.
3. Enter your Virginia Tech email address.  *You cannot sign in with an alias email address.
4.  Submittable will use the VT login service (2-factor) to authenticate with your PID.  

External to Virginia Tech:

1. CLICK APPLY
2. Select Sign-Up (left tab) to create an account using your affiliate institution email address.  (i.e., smith@vsu.edu)
3. After creating an account, please Sign In.

*Upon successful proposal submission, you will receive an automated confirmation email.
